I’ve been asked recently how to plan the perfect dinner party. As I am constantly shouting at the screen during ‘Come Dine with Me’ episodes – PLAN PLAN PLAN!!

Of course you don’t have to be as anal with me with your planning, a spreadsheet is not always necessary…. But here is Exhibit A of the way I have planned parties since I was about 12.. Works every time
